instellix stores your finalized documents in the instellix cloud storage. This storage is not a certified archive; your documents remain available at any time via API and in the webportal.

Your own archive

Download all documents from instellix via API and store them in a compliant archive of your choice.

Certified instellix archiving (add-on)

Use the integrated instellix document archive that is legally compliant and certified. This service is an add-on that you can sign up for with your instellix license.

instellix provides a digital document archiving system to meet compliant requirements for more than 50 countries. It ensures invoice archiving retention for the respective countries, guarantees certified immutability of billing documents (preservation sets, timestamps and signing and validation services) and offers web-based access for auditors.

In addition, post-audit capabilities protect against unforeseen audits and are automatically updated with local compliance requirements that are closely monitored.

Web-based access for auditors

When tax audits are due, the archive can be accessed via web interface allowing auditors to centrally access your documents regardless of where they are located. This enables you to provide tax auditors with a convenient tool to verify the integrity, authenticity, and legibility of electronic invoices and to create the best possible conditions for a straightforward, worry-free audit.
