Generation Mode of the tenant. Who is delivering the document number? Tenant (CLIENT_PROVIDED), NBX (GENERATED), or depending on the strategy configuration (CONFIGURED_XOR_PROVIDED).
Must not be null.
Must be one of:

PROVIDED_XOR_CONFIGURED

Generation Strategy of the tenant. Which counter type shall be used? For generationMode CLIENT_PROVIDED only NONE is allowed, for CONFIGURED_XOR_PROVIDED only BILLING_GROUP_SEPARATION.
