Returns a page of Payment Intents. Use search for an RSQL filter.

Filtering on status supports ==, !=, =in=, =out=, and null checks.
Greater-than and less-than comparisons are not supported for status.
PENDING matches Payment Intents that are waiting to be processed and Payment Intents whose processing is already underway.
Filter charges with type==CHARGE. A charge may have been started by the merchant or by the customer.
